Our Honeymoon
What on a honeymoon could top a blessing by the Holy Father?
We spent our first 2 honeymoon nights in gorgeous Guatemala with our dear friends the Wilson's. The Holy Father was visiting Guatemala for the canonization of Hermano Pedro. We, as well as our sister Meg and her husband Tom, went to the canonization Mass with Mercedes Wilson and her family who so graciously hosted us. Leave it to Mercedes to provide us the amazing honor to be blessed by Pope John Paul the Great!!
