| April has been a very exciting month. We celebrated Uncle Matty Smith's 40th birthday at the Stutz car museum in downtown Indianapolis. We had our first experience of the great warm outdoors and Emma enjoyed her swing from Sittoo and Giddoo Abdalla. She also played among the Daffodils with Uncle Hill Smith and cousin Mary McGraw. Emma is eager to walk, but has not yet mastered the technique. She loves birdies and fish and loves to "smell" flowers (even if they are on wallpaper). Emma greatly enjoys books and knows "Pat the Bunny" by heart and acts out every page with much enthusiasm. She waves, points, giggles, claps (especially to "If You're Happy and You Know It") and mimics gestures, words and sounds. We so look forward to a fabulous Summer since Daddy is graduating from Notre Dame (magna cum laude) and we will have him all to ourselves!! We are very proud of Daddy and will share graduation pictures next month. | ||||||||||
